Enterprise Group Insolvency Issues

in the United Nations Commission on
International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)
related to the recognition and
enforcement of insolvency-derived
judgments and the insolvency of crossborder enterprise groups. The public

p.m. EDT. This is not a meeting of the
