passport and visa in addition to
providing the following information no
less than 10 working days prior to the
meeting: Full name; gender; date/place
of birth; citizenship; visa information
(number, type, expiration date);
passport information (number, country,
expiration date); employer/affiliation
information (name of institution,
address, country, telephone); title/
position of attendee; and home address

ACTION: Indirect transfer of license;
order; issuance.
AGENCY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is issuing an order to
PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL
Susquehanna), approving the indirect
transfer of PPL Susquehanna’s interests
in Renewed Facility Operating License
Nos. NPF–14 and NPF–22, as well as the
general license for the independent
spent fuel storage installation, for
Susquehanna Steam Electric Station,
Units 1 and 2. As a result of the
transaction, PPL Susquehanna will
become indirectly controlled by two
new entities, and will be renamed
Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC. Conforming
license amendments will replace
references to PPL Corporation in the
license with references to Talen Energy
to reflect the transfer of ownership, and
will replace references to PPL
