2. The withdrawal made by this order
does not alter the applicability of public
land laws other than the mining laws.
3. This withdrawal will expire 20
years from the effective date of this
order, unless, as a result of a review
conducted before the expiration date
pursuant to Section 204(f) of the Federal
Land Policy and Management Act of
1976, 43 U.S.C. 1714(f), the Secretary
determines that the withdrawal shall be
extended.

the dependent resurvey in Township 22
South, Range 8 East, of the New Mexico
Principal Meridian, accepted April 2,
2015 for Group, 1150, NM.
The plat, representing the retracement
and dependent resurvey in Township 16
South, Range 21 West, of the New
Mexico Principal Meridian, accepted
March 11, 2015, for Group 1157, NM.
The Indian Meridian, Oklahoma (OK)
The plat representing the dependent
resurvey and survey in Township 10
North, Range 25 East, of the Indian
Meridian, accepted April 2, 2015, for
Group 221 OK. These plats are
scheduled for official filing 30 days
from the notice of publication in the
Federal Register, as provided for in the
BLM Manual Section 2097—Opening
Orders. Notice from this office will be
provided as to the date of said
publication. If a protest against a survey,
in accordance with 43 CFR 4.450–2, of
the above plats is received prior to the
date of official filing, the filing will be
stayed pending consideration of the
protest.
A plat will not be officially filed until
the day after all protests have been
dismissed and become final or appeals
from the dismissal affirmed.
A person or party who wishes to
protest against any of these surveys
must file a written protest with the
Bureau of Land Management New
Mexico State Director stating that they
wish to protest.
A statement of reasons for a protest
may be filed with the Notice of Protest
to the State Director or the statement of
reasons must be filed with the State
Director within thirty (30) days after the
protest is filed.

Meeting of the California Desert
District Advisory Council
Notice is hereby given, in
accordance with Public Laws 92–463
and 94–579, that the California Desert
District Advisory Council (DAC) to the
Bureau of Land Management (BLM),
U.S. Department of the Interior, will
meet in formal session on Saturday,
May 9, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
at the University of California Riverside
Extension Building, Conference Rooms
D–E, located at 1200 University Avenue,
Riverside, CA. A Friday, May 8, 2015
resource area field trip is not scheduled.
Agenda for the Saturday meeting will
include updates by council members,
the BLM California Desert District
Manager, five Field Managers, and
council subgroups. The focus topic for
the meeting will be the West Mojave
(WEMO) Planning Area Route Network
Project. Final agenda items for the
public meeting will be posted on the
DAC Web page at https://www.blm.gov/
ca/st/en/info/rac/dac.html when
finalized.

meetings are open to the public. Public

the council chairman during the
presentation of various agenda items,
and is scheduled at the end of the
meeting for topics not on the agenda.
While the Saturday meeting is
tentatively scheduled from 9 a.m. to
4:30 p.m., the meeting could conclude
prior to 4:30 p.m. should the council
conclude its presentations and
discussions. Therefore, members of the
public interested in a particular agenda
item or discussion should schedule
their arrival accordingly.
