Take notice that on April 7, 2015,
Louisiana Generating LLC, pursuant to
Midcontinent Independent System
Operator, Inc.’s FERC Electric Tariff
Schedule 24 and Schedule 24–A,
submitted a request to recover costs
associated with acting as a Local
Balancing Authority, which includes
expenses for providing transmission
services related to load dispatching,
scheduling and system control for the
year ending December 31, 2014.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed on or before the
comment date. On or before the

Take notice that the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (Commission)
will hold a Technical Conference on
Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 10 a.m. to
4 p.m.. This Commissioner-led
conference will be held in the
Commission Meeting Room at the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission,

20426. The conference will be open for
the public to attend. Advance
registration is not required, but is

North Gooding Main Hydro LLC; Notice
of Preliminary Determination of a
Qualifying Conduit Hydropower
Facility and Soliciting Comments and
Motions To Intervene
On March 24, 2015, the North
Gooding Main Hydro LLC filed a notice
of intent to construct a qualifying
conduit hydropower facility, pursuant
to section 30 of the Federal Power Act
(FPA), as amended by section 4 of the
Hydropower Regulatory Efficiency Act
of 2013 (HREA). The proposed North
Gooding Main Hydroelectric Project
would have an installed capacity of
1,220 kilowatts (kW) and would be
located on the existing North Gooding
Main Canal, which transports water for
agricultural consumption. The project
would be located near the Town of
Gooding in Lincoln County, Idaho.
