POSTAL SERVICE
The matching program shall become
effective upon the signing of the
agreement by both parties to the
agreement and approval of the
agreement by the Data Integrity Boards
of the respective agencies, but no sooner
than 40 days after notice of this
matching program is sent to Congress
and the Office of Management and
Budget or 30 days after publication of
this notice in the Federal Register,
whichever is later. The matching
program will continue for 18 months
from the effective date and may be
extended for an additional 12 months
thereafter, if certain conditions are met.

On November 14, 2014, New York
Stock Exchange LLC (‘‘Exchange’’) filed
with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (‘‘Commission’’), pursuant
to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 (‘‘Act’’) 1 and Rule
19b-4 thereunder,2 a proposed rule
change to amend Exchange Rule 13 and
other Exchange rules governing order
types and order modifiers. The
proposed rule change was published in
the Federal Register on December 4,
2014.3 On December 22, 2014, the
Exchange submitted Partial Amendment
No. 1 to the Commission.4 On January
14, 2015, pursuant to Section 19(b)(2) of
the Act,5 the Commission designated a
longer period within which to approve
