PO 00000 Frm 00032 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 18617 Transco states that, the firm transportation service on the Project will be rendered by Transco pursuant to Rate Schedule FT of Transco’s FERC Gas Tariff and Transco’s blanket certificate under Part 284(G) of the Commission’s Regulations. Transco states that the Project will involve the construction and operation of 4.33 miles of new 24-inch diameter pipeline facilities, 21,830 horsepower of gas turbine driven compression, 25,000 horsepower of electric motor driven compression and the construction or modification of associated aboveground and underground facilities. The cost of the project will be approximately $190.8 million. Pursuant to section 157.9 of the Commission’s rules (18 CFR 157.9), within 90 days of this Notice, the Commission staff will either: Complete its environmental assessment (EA) and place it into the Commission’s public record (eLibrary) for this proceeding; or issue a Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review. If a Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review is issued, it will indicate, among other milestones, the anticipated date for the Commission staff’s issuance of the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) or EA for this proposal. The filing of the EA in the Commission’s public record for this proceeding or the issuance of a Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review will serve to notify federal and state agencies of the timing for the completion of all necessary reviews, and the subsequent need to complete all federal authorizations within 90 days of the date of issuance of the Commission staff’s FEIS or EA.
