AGENCY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Missouri on October 17, 2013, related to amendments to the Missouri rule ‘‘Control of Sulfur Emissions from Stationary Boilers.’’ This action provides clarification on the applicability of the provision, and relocates definitions used in the original provision to the ‘‘Definitions and Common Reference Tables’’ rule.
