Committee meetings.
ACTION:
The SBA is issuing this notice
to announce the location, date, time and
agenda for the 3rd quarter meetings of
the National Small Business
Development Center (SBDC) Advisory
Board.
SUMMARY:
The meetings for the 3rd quarter
will be held on the following dates:
DATES:
Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
EST
Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. EST
Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. EST
These meetings will be held
via conference call.

National SBDC Advisory Board. This
Board provides advice and counsel to

The purpose of these meetings is to

Regional Small Business Regulatory
Fairness Board.
The SBA, Office of the
National Ombudsman is issuing this
notice to announce the location, date
and time of the National Regulatory
Fairness Hearing. This hearing is open
to the public.
DATES: The hearing will be held on
Monday, April 27, 2015 from 1:30 p.m.
to 5:00 p.m. (EDT).
ADDRESSES: The meeting will be at 901
E Street NW., in the Americas Room,
Washington, DC 20004. Persons
attending the hearing must enter the
building at the 9th Street NW., entrance
between E and F Streets NW., with a
valid photo identification.
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant
to the Small Business Regulatory
Enforcement Fairness Act (Pub. L. 104–
121), Sec. 222, SBA announces the
hearing for Small Business Owners,
Business Organizations, Trade
Associations, Chambers of Commerce
and related organizations serving small
business concerns to report experiences
regarding unfair or excessive Federal
regulatory enforcement issues affecting
small businesses.
FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: The
hearing is open to the public; however,
advance notice of attendance is
requested. Anyone wishing to attend
and/or make a presentation to the

Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: Pursuant to
the authority vested in me by the Act of
October 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C.
2459), Executive Order 12047 of March
27, 1978, the Foreign Affairs Reform and
Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 Stat.
2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et
seq.), Delegation of Authority No. 234 of
October 1, 1999, and Delegation of
Authority No. 236–3 of August 28, 2000
(and, as appropriate, Delegation of
Authority No. 257 of April 15, 2003), I
hereby determine that the objects to be
included in the exhibition ‘‘China:
Through the Looking Glass,’’ imported
from abroad for temporary exhibition
within the United States, are of cultural
significance. The objects are imported
pursuant to loan agreements with the
foreign owners or custodians. I also
determine that the exhibition or display
of the exhibit objects at the Metropolitan
Museum of Art, New York, New York,
from on or about May 7, 2015, until on
or about August 16, 2015, and at
possible additional exhibitions or
venues yet to be determined, is in the
national interest. I have ordered that
Public Notice of these Determinations
be published in the Federal Register.
