ACTION:
On March 24, 2009, a Notice
of Intent (NOI) to prepare an
environmental impact statement (EIS)
for the Motorized Travel Management
Project on the Okanogan-Wenatchee
National Forest was published in the
Federal Register (74 FR 12304–12306).
The Forest Service has decided to
cancel the preparation of this EIS. The
NOI is hereby rescinded.

The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda will include time for people
to make oral statements of three minutes
or less. Individuals wishing to make an
oral statement should submit a request
in writing by April 6, 2015 to be
scheduled on the agenda. Anyone who
would like to bring related matters to
the attention of the Board may file
written statements with the Board’s staff
before or after the meeting. Written
