private industry. The GAC consists of 14
members representing state, local, and
tribal governments. The committees are
responsible for providing advice to the
U.S. Representative on a wide range of
strategic, scientific, technological,
regulatory, and economic issues related
to implementation and further
elaboration of the NAAEC.
The purpose of the meeting is to
provide advice on issues related to the
CEC’s draft Operational Plan and Budget
for 2015–16, the CEC’s draft Strategic
Plan for 2015–2020, and to discuss
additional trade and environment
issues. The meeting will also include a
public comment session. The agenda,
meeting materials, and general
information about the NAC and GAC
will be available at https://
www2.epa.gov/faca/nac-gac.
The National and Governmental
Advisory Committees will hold an open
meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2015
from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday,
April 17, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00
p.m.

AGENCY:
Under the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) gives notice of
a series of teleconference meetings of
the National Environmental Education
Advisory Council (NEEAC). The NEEAC
was created by Congress to advise,
consult with, and make
recommendations to the Administrator
of the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) on matters related to activities,
functions and policies of EPA under the
National Environmental Education Act
(the Act). 20 U.S.C. 5508(b).The purpose
of this teleconference(s) is to discuss
specific topics of relevance for
consideration by the council in order to
provide advice and insights to the
Agency on environmental education.
DATES: The National Environmental
Education Advisory Council will hold a
public teleconference on Friday, April
17, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

As part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork burdens, and as
required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501–
3520), the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC or the Commission)
invites the general public and other
Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on the
following information collection.
Comments are requested concerning:
Whether the proposed collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
Commission, including whether the
information shall have practical utility;
the accuracy of the Commission’s
burden estimate; ways to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information collected; ways to minimize
the burden of the collection of
information on the respondents,
including the use of automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology; and ways to
further reduce the information
collection burden on small business
concerns with fewer than 25 employees.
The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a
collection of information unless it
displays a currently valid control
number. No person shall be subject to
any penalty for failing to comply with
