9622(i), notice is hereby given of a
proposed administrative settlement for
recovery of past response costs
concerning the Shaw Road Drum Site in
Clyde, Ohio with the settling party:
Lamar M. Durst Sr. Estate. The
settlement requires the settling party to
pay $50,000 to the Hazardous Substance
Superfund. The settlement includes a
covenant not to sue the settling party
pursuant to Section 107(a) of CERCLA,
42 U.S.C. 9607(a). For thirty (30) days
following the date of publication of this
notice, the Agency will receive written
comments relating to the settlement.
The Agency will consider all comments
received and may modify or withdraw
its consent to the settlement if
comments received disclose facts or
considerations which indicate that the
settlement is an appropriate, improper,
or inadequate. The Agency’s response to
any comments received will be available
for public inspection at the U.S. EPA
Record Center, Room 714 U.S. EPA, 77
West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago,
Illinois.

the availability of a preliminary
determination that certain storm water
discharges in Los Alamos County, New
Mexico will be required to obtain
National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (NPDES) permit
coverage under the Clean Water Act.
This action is a result of ‘‘A Petition by
Amigos Bravos for a Determination that
Storm Water Discharges in Los Alamos
County Contribute to Water Quality
Standards Violations and Require a
Clean Water Act Permit,’’ dated June 30,
2014. EPA is seeking public comment
on the nature and scope of this
preliminary designation. It is EPA’s
intention to make a final decision
following the close of the comment
period after consideration of all
comments submitted.

The Regional Administrator EPA
Region 6 has made a preliminary
determination pursuant to Section
402(p) of the Clean Water Act, 40 CFR
122.26(f)(2) and (4), 40 CFR 122.26
(9)(i)(A) and (D), and 40 CFR
122.32(a)(2) that NPDES permits are
required for discharges to waters of the
United States from small municipal
separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) in
the Los Alamos and White Rock Urban
Clusters (as defined by the latest
Decennial Census) and serving the Los
Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in
Los Alamos County, New Mexico. This
action would affect MS4s owned or
operated by Los Alamos County, LANL
including the Department of Energy
(DOE) and Los Alamos National
Security, LLC (LANS), and the New
Mexico Department of Transportation.

on June 19, 2009. The liquidation of the
receivership assets has been completed.

Receiver will be making a final dividend
payment to proven creditors.
Based upon the foregoing, the
Receiver has determined that the
continued existence of the receivership
will serve no useful purpose.
Consequently, notice is given that the
receivership shall be terminated, to be
effective no sooner than thirty days after
the date of this Notice. If any person
wishes to comment concerning the
termination of the receivership, such
comment must be made in writing and
sent within thirty days of the date of
this Notice to: Federal Deposit
