SUMMARY: The Postal Service announces the issuance of the Mailing 
Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual 
(DMM[supreg]) dated January 25, 2015, and its incorporation by 
reference in the Code of Federal Regulations.

DATES: This final rule is effective on March 16, 2015. The 
incorporation by reference of the DMM is approved by the Director of 
the Federal Register as of March 16, 2015.
