SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This
document extends the public comment
period established in the Federal
Register document of January 14, 2015.
In that document, EPA announced the
availability of the chlorpyrifos
registration review; revised human
health risk assessment. EPA received
several requests to extend the comment
period. EPA is hereby extending the
comment period, which was set to end
on March 16, 2015 to April 30, 2015.

Advisory Committee Act, Public Law
92–463, notice is hereby given that the
Mobile Sources Technical Review
Subcommittee (MSTRS) will meet on
May 5, 2015. The MSTRS is a
subcommittee under the Clean Air Act
Advisory Committee. This is an open
meeting. The meeting will include
discussion of current topics and
presentations about activities being
conducted by EPA’s Office of
Transportation and Air Quality. The
preliminary agenda for the meeting and
any notices about change in venue will
be posted on the Subcommittee’s Web

AGENCY:
The Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) is planning to submit an
information collection request (ICR),
Identification, Listing and Rulemaking
Petitions (Renewal) (EPA ICR No.
1189.25, OMB Control No. 2050–0053)
to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for review and approval in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et
seq.). Before doing so, the EPA is
soliciting public comments on specific
aspects of the proposed information
collection as described below. This is a
proposed extension of the ICR, which is
currently approved through June 30,
2015. An Agency may not conduct or
sponsor and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number.
