Any non-public oral presentation to
FirstNet regarding the substance of this
Second Notice will be considered an ex
parte presentation, and the substance of
the meeting will be placed on the public
record and become part of this docket.
No later than two (2) business days after
an oral presentation or meeting, an
interested party must submit a
memorandum to FirstNet summarizing
the substance of the communication.
FirstNet reserves the right to
supplement the memorandum with
additional information as necessary, or
to request that the party making the
filing do so, if FirstNet believes that
important information was omitted or
characterized incorrectly. Any written
presentation provided in support of the
oral communication or meeting will also
be placed on the public record and
become part of this docket. Such ex

not have a significant impact on a

The major factors considered for this

1. The action will not result in any
