ACTION: Notice of grant of petition for a temporary exemption from paragraph S10 of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment. AGENCY: This notice grants the petition of Greenkraft, Inc. (Greenkraft) for a temporary exemption from the headlamp requirements of FMVSS No. 108 for the company’s 1061 and 1083 model trucks for headlamps complying with European regulatory requirements. The exemption is limited to 120 vehicles.
