AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given of a
meeting via web conference call of the
Marine Protected Areas Federal
Advisory Committee (Committee). The
web conference calls are open to the
public, and participants can dial in to
the calls. Participants who choose to use
the web conferencing feature in addition
to the audio will be able to view the
presentations as they are being given.
DATES: Members of the public wishing
to participate in the meeting must
register in advance by Friday, April 3,
2015.
The meeting will be held Monday,
April 6, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. EDT.
These times and the agenda topics
described below are subject to change.

Committee, composed of external,
knowledgeable representatives of
stakeholder groups, was established by
the Department of Commerce (DOC) to
provide advice to the Secretaries of
Commerce and the Interior on
implementation of Section 4 of
Executive Order 13158, on marine
protected areas.
Matters to be Considered: The focus of
the Committee’s meeting is a discussion
of the Committee charge and Committee
organization (e.g. Subcommittees and
Workgroups) to address it. The
Committee will also hear updates from

actions affecting New England fisheries

The Hydrographic Services
Review Panel (HSRP) is a Federal
Advisory Committee established to
advise the Under Secretary of
Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere,
the NOAA Administrator, on matters
related to the responsibilities and
authorities set forth in section 303 of the
Hydrographic Services Improvement
Act of 1998, as amended, and such other
appropriate matters that the Under
Secretary refers to the Panel for review
and advice.
Date and Time: The public meeting
will be held from April 8–10, 2015.
