SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 29, 2014, based on a timely request for review by Wheatland Tube Company (‘‘Wheatland’’), the Department published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from the PRC with respect to 20 companies covering the period July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014.1 On November 21, 2014, Wheatland withdrew its request for an administrative review of all of the companies listed in its review request.
