and finalists are invited to submit
secondary materials via email to ship@

include a resume, transcript, letters of
recommendation, personal statement,
and parental consent and commitment
form.

On October 20, 2014, Epson Portland,
Inc. (EPI) submitted a notification of
proposed revision to existing
production authority to the ForeignTrade Zones (FTZ) Board for EPI’s
facility in Hillsboro, Oregon, within
Subzone 45F.
The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the
FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including
notice in the Federal Register inviting

Results of Antidumping Duty
Administrative Review; 2012–2013

SUMMARY: On August 21, 2014, the
Department of Commerce (‘‘the
Department’’) published its preliminary
results of the administrative review of
the antidumping duty order on
polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet,
and strip (PET film) from Taiwan.1
Based upon our analysis of the
comments received, we have made no
changes to the margin calculations for
these final results and continue to
determine that Nan Ya Plastics
Corporation (‘‘Nan Ya’’) made sales of
subject merchandise to the United
States at below normal value. The final
dumping margin is listed below in the
‘‘Final Results of Review’’ section of this
notice.
