Type of Request: Extension of a currently approved collection.
Respondents: Vessel and facility owners and operators.
Abstract: This information collection is associated with the
maritime security requirements mandated by the Maritime Transportation
Security Act (MTSA) of 2002. Security assessments, security plans and
other security-related requirements are found in Title 33 CFR chapter
I, subchapter H, and 33 CFR parts 120 and 128.
Forms: CG-6025 and CG-6025A.
Burden Estimate: The estimated burden remains 1,108,043 hours a
year.
