proposing to alter an existing system of
records, EDHA 23, entitled ‘‘Pharmacy

inventory of record systems subject to

This system is used to establish a
central repository for coordinating
benefits pertaining to prescriptions
dispensed and/or filled at military
treatment facilities, via TRICARE mailorder, the TRICARE retail pharmacy
