teleconference call of the Secretary of
Energy Advisory Board (SEAB). SEAB
was reestablished pursuant to the
Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub.
L. 92–463, 86 Stat. 770) (the Act). This
notice is provided in accordance with
the Act.
DATES: Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (ET). To receive
the call-in number and passcode, please
contact the Board’s Designated Federal

Governance of the Nuclear Security
Enterprise and comments from the
public. The meeting will conclude at
12:30 p.m. Agenda updates and a draft
of the letter will be posted on the SEAB

before or after the meeting. Members of

Proposed St. Charles Transportation
and Keys Energy Projects and Request
for Comments on Environmental Issues.
The notice solicited comments on the
potential environmental impacts of the
planned project, and listed the close of
the public comment period as February
4, 2015.
Due to a limited printing delay in the
mailing of the notice, we are extending
the comment period. Please note that
the scoping period will now close on
February 20, 2015.

to national security considerations,
under section 10(d) of the Act and 5
U.S.C. 552b(c), the meeting will be
closed to the public and matters to be
discussed are exempt from public
disclosure under Executive Order 13526
and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, 42
U.S.C. 2161 and 2162, as amended.
