ACTION: Notice and request for
comments.
AGENCY:
Under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C.
Chapter 35), agencies are required to
publish a Notice in the Federal Register
notifying the public that the agency is
renewing an existing information
collection for OMB review and approval
and requests public review and
comment on the submission. OPIC
received no comments in response to
the sixty (60) day notice published in
Federal Register volume 79, page 70223
on November 25, 2014. The purpose of
this notice is to allow an additional
thirty (30) days for public comments to
be submitted. Comments are being
solicited on the need for the
information; the accuracy of OPIC’s
burden estimate; the quality, practical
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and ways to minimize
reporting the burden, including
automated collected techniques and
uses of other forms of technology.
DATES: Comments must be received
within thirty (30) calendar days of
publication of this Notice.

The Retirement Services,
Office of Personnel Management (OPM)
offers the general public and other
Federal agencies the opportunity to
comment on an extension, without
change, of a currently approved
information collection (ICR) 3206–0033,
Marital Status Certification Survey. As
required by the Paperwork Reduction
Act of 1995, (Pub. L. 104–13, 44 U.S.C.
chapter 35) as amended by the ClingerCohen Act (Pub. L. 104–106), OPM is
soliciting comments for this collection.
The information collection was
previously published in the Federal
Register on July 16, 2014 at Volume 79
FR 41600 allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. No comments were
received for this information collection.
The purpose of this notice is to allow an
additional 30 days for public comments.
DATES: Comments are encouraged and
will be accepted until March 4, 2015.
This process is conducted in accordance
with 5 CFR 1320.1.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Office
of Management and Budget is
particularly interested in comments
that:
1. Evaluate whether the proposed

agency’s estimate of the burden of the

RI 25–7 is used to determine whether
widows, widowers, and former spouses
receiving survivor annuities from OPM
have remarried before reaching age 55
and, thus, are no longer eligible for
benefits.
