Electric System Planning Working Group Meeting PennEast Pipeline Company, LLC; Notice of Postponement of Public Scoping Meeting for the Penneast Pipeline Project On January 13, 2015, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission) issued a Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Planned PennEast Pipeline Project, Requests for Comments on Environmental Issues, and Notice of Public Scoping Meetings. The notice solicited comments on the potential environmental impacts of the planned project and announced the time and location of five public scoping meetings being held for the environmental proceedings. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Commission staff is postponing the scoping meeting planned for Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Kendall Hall, Performance Theater, College of New Jersey, 2000 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ 08628. ACTION: Notice. AGENCY: The Environmental Protection Agency has submitted an information collection request (ICR), ‘‘National Volatile Organic Compound Emission Standards for Aerosol Coatings’’ (EPA ICR No. 2289.03, OMB Control No. 2060–0617) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). This is a proposed extension of the ICR, which is currently approved through January 31, 2015. Public comments were previously requested via the Federal Register (79 FR 55449) on September 16, 2014 during a 60-day comment period. This notice allows for an additional 30 days for public comments. A fuller description of the ICR is given below, including its estimated burden and cost to the public.
