Type of Review: Revision of a
currently approved collection.
Title: Claim Against the United States
for the Proceeds of a Government Check.
Abstract: This series of forms are used
to collect information needed to process
an individual’s claim for non-receipt of
proceeds from a U.S. Treasury check or
electronic benefit payments. Once the
information is analyzed, a
determination is made and a
recommendation is submitted to the
program agency to either settle or deny
the claim.
Affected Public: Individuals or
households.
Estimated Annual Burden Hours:
8,609.

Office of the Comptroller of the
Currency (OCC), Treasury.
ACTION: Notice and request for comment.
AGENCY:
The OCC, as part of its
continuing effort to reduce paperwork
and respondent burden, invites the
general public and other Federal
agencies to take this opportunity to
comment on a continuing information
collection, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
Under the PRA, Federal agencies are
required to publish notice in the
Federal Register concerning each
proposed collection of information,
including each proposed extension of an
existing collection of information and to
allow 60 days for public comment in
response to the notice.
In accordance with the requirements
of the PRA, the OCC may not conduct
or sponsor, and the respondent is not
required to respond to, an information
collection unless it displays a currently
valid Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) control number.
The OCC is soliciting comment
concerning renewal of its information
collection titled, ‘‘Capital Distribution.’’
DATES: Comments must be received by
March 27, 2015.
