the Foreign-Trade Zones Board (the
Board) by the Economic Development
Corporation of Decatur & Macon
County, grantee of FTZ 245, requesting
subzone status for the facility of
Thyssenkrupp Presta Danville, LLC
(Thyssenkrupp Presta), located in
Danville, Illinois. The application was
submitted pursuant to the provisions of
the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as
amended (19 U.S.C. 81a–81u), and the
regulations of the Board (15 CFR part
400). It was formally docketed on
January 14, 2015.
The proposed subzone (42.6 acres) is
located at 75 Walz Creek Drive,
Danville, Vermilion County. The
