National Drinking Water Advisory
Council’s (NDWAC) Lead and Copper
Rule Working Group Meeting

ACTION: Notice of a public meeting.
AGENCY:
The U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) announces a
public meeting of the National Drinking
Water Advisory Council’s Lead and
Copper Rule Working Group (LCRWG).
The meeting is scheduled for February
5 and 6, 2015, in Arlington, Virginia.
During this meeting, the LCRWG will
focus discussions on the Lead and
Copper Rule revisions and developing
the first draft of the working group’s
report to the Council.
DATES: The meeting on February 5,
2015, will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., eastern time, and on February 6,
2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
eastern time.
ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at
the Cadmus Group, Inc., 1555 Wilson
Blvd., Suite 300, Arlington, Virginia,
and will be open to the public. All
attendees must sign in with the security
desk and show photo identification to
enter the building.

will allocate 15 minutes for the public’s
input at the meeting on February 5th
and 15 minutes on February 6th. Each
oral statement will be limited to five
minutes at the meeting. The LCRWG
prefers that only one person present a
statement on behalf of a group or an
organization. To ensure adequate time
for public involvement, individuals or
organizations interested in presenting
an oral statement should notify Lameka

As part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork burdens, and as

Commission (FCC or the Commission)
invites the general public and other

opportunity to comment on the
