Federal Register / Vol. 80, No. 8 / Tuesday, January 13, 2015 / Notices
Abstract: The change proposed here is
to modify the learning objectives
associated with each educational
functioning level identified in the NRS.
As proposed here, the modified learning
objectives, known as descriptors, will
help modernize the accountability
system to reflect the adult educational
demands of the 21st Century. The
current NRS educational functioning
level descriptors remain in effect until
further notice from OCTAE. The change
proposed here will have no effect on the
regulatory burden of the NRS-related
information collection.
