At this meeting, the Panel may deliberate on any of the topics addressed in its meetings since August 2014, including Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the Special Victims’ Counsel Programs of the military Services, victim privacy issues in military sexual assault cases, and the rights and needs of sexual assault victims throughout the judicial process.
