(4) Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as well as a brief abstract: Primary: OVC Grantees. Abstract: The current package for OMB approval is designed to simplify performance reporting for OVC grantees through the OVC Trafficking Information Management System (TIMS) Online system, a Web-based database and reporting system for the Victims of Human Trafficking Grant and the Enhanced Collaborative Model Grant initiatives. OVC will require OVC Grantees to use this electronic tool to submit grant performance data, including demographics about human trafficking victims. OVC intends to publish an annual analysis of these data to provide the crime victims’ field with stronger evidence for practices and programs. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: There are approximately 35–45 OVC Services to Victims of Human Trafficking Grantees per six-month reporting period. On average, it should take each grantee one hour to seven hours, depending on client case load per reporting period, to enter information into TIMS Online. There are two reporting periods per year.
