The Coast Guard is reopening
the public comment period on the
notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM)
entitled ‘‘Commercial Fishing Vessels
Dispensing Petroleum Products,’’
published in the Federal Register on
August 20, 2014. The notice of proposed
rulemaking included an incorrect
docket number, USCG–2013–0195, and
has been reopened with the correct
docket number, USCG–2014–0195, to
facilitate public comment.

before February 4, 2015.
