its original notification pursuant to
section 6(a) of the Act. The Department
of Justice published a notice in the
Federal Register pursuant to section
6(b) of the Act on November 10, 2004
(69 FR 65226).
The last notification with the
Attorney General was filed on
September 11, 2014. A notice was filed
in the Federal Register on October 9,
2014 (79 FR 61098).

This is an announcement of a
meeting of the Global Justice
Information Sharing Initiative (Global)
Federal Advisory Committee (GAC) to
discuss the Global Initiative, as
described at www.it.ojp.gov/global.
DATES: The meeting will take place on
Tuesday, January 27, 2015, from 9:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET.

meeting is open to the public. Due to
security measures, however, members of
the public who wish to attend this
meeting must register with Mr. J. Patrick
McCreary at the above address at least
(7) days in advance of the meeting.
Registrations will be accepted on a
space available basis. Access to the
meeting will not be allowed without
registration. All attendees will be
required to sign in at the meeting
registration desk. Please bring photo
identification and allow extra time prior
to the meeting.
Anyone requiring special

Commission disclosing (1) the identities
of the parties to the venture and (2) the
nature and objectives of the venture.
The notifications were filed for the
purpose of invoking the Act’s provisions
limiting the recovery of antitrust
plaintiffs to actual damages under
specified circumstances.
Pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act, the
identities of the parties to the venture
are: Ford Motor Company—Research
and Innovation Center, Dearborn, MI;
General Motors Company—Research
and Development Center, Warren, MI;
Honda R&D Americas, Inc., Southfield,
MI; Hyundai-Kia America Technical
Center, Inc., Superior Township, MI;
