(Southern), 569 Brookwood Village, Suite 749, Birmingham, Alabama 35209, filed in Docket No. CP15–30–000 an application pursuant to section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) requesting authorization to abandon by sale to AMP Gathering I, LP (Align Midstream), approximately 33.565 miles of its 33.6 mile 10-inch Carthage Lateral Pipeline, as well as three associated receiving stations and other appurtenant facilities located in Panola and Shelby Counties, Texas, and to abandon by retirement the remaining PO 00000 Frm 00038 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 300 feet of its Carthage Lateral Pipeline located in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection. Align Midstream filed a petition for a declaratory order, in Docket No. CP15– 34–000, finding that the Carthage Facilities to be acquired by Southern will perform a gathering function, and therefore will be exempt from the Commission’s jurisdiction.
