amend its buyer-side market mitigation
rules found in Section 23 of the
NYISO’s Market Services Tariff
(Services Tariff) to include a
competitive entry exemption as more
fully explained in the complaint.
The complainants certify that copies
of the Complaint were served on the
contacts of the Respondent as listed on
the Commission’s list of Corporate
Officials.
