it be allowed to divert 4 cfs into the
flowline from December 15, 2014 to
April 15, 2015. The licensee states that
the increased diversion is necessary to
keep a temporary, above-ground
flowline from freezing while it performs
repairs to a damaged section of flowline
during the winter.
