SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public 
Law 92-463, as amended, the National Aeronautics and Space 
Administration (NASA) announces a meeting of the NASA International 
Space Station (ISS) Advisory Committee. The purpose of the meeting is
