Take notice that on October 30, 2014,
pursuant to Rule 204 of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(Commission) Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR 385.204 (2014),
Noble Energy, Inc. filed a petition
requesting a temporary waiver of
sections 6 and 20 of the Interstate
Commerce Act and parts 341 and 357 of
the Commission’s regulations, all as
more fully explained in the petition.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to

EUP–AA from Dow AgroSciences LLC,
requesting an experimental use permit
(EUP). The EPA has determined that the
permit may be of regional and national
significance. Therefore, because of the
potential significance, the EPA is
seeking comments on this application.
