In accordance with the requirements of the Act, the Bureau issued a final rule (12 CFR 1082.1) establishing that notice should be provided at least 10 days before the filing of an action, with certain exceptions, and setting forth a limited set of information which is to be provided with the notice. OMB’s approval for this collection of information is scheduled to expire on 04/30/2015. Pursuant to the requirements set forth in the PRA implementing regulations at 5 CFR 1320.12, Clearance of collections of information in current rules, this request is for OMB to extend (renew) its approval for this collection of information for an additional three years. Request for Comments: Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Bureau, including whether the information will have practical utility; (b) The accuracy of the Bureau’s estimate of the burden of the collection of information, including the validity of the methods and the assumptions used; (c) Ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) Ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology. Comments submitted in response to this notice will be summarized and/or included in the request for Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval. All comments will become a matter of public record.
