AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA
invites public comments about our
intention to request the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB)
approval to renew an information
collection. The Federal Register Notice
with a 60-day comment period soliciting
comments on the following collection of
information was published on
September 3, 2014, vol. 79, no. 170,
page 52405. The collection is used to
nominate private citizens for
recognition of their significant voluntary
contribution to aviation education and
flight safety.
DATES: Written comments should be
submitted by December 8, 2014.

flight safety. The agency/industry
committee uses the information
collected to select eight regional
winners and one national winner from
each group. The respondents are private
citizens involved in aviation.
Respondents: Approximately 150
applicants.
Frequency: Information is collected
annually.

Response: 1 hour.
Estimated Total Annual Burden: 150
