Alaska Power & Telephone Company
filed a Petition for Enforcement,
requesting the Commission to issue an
order instructing Southeast Alaska
Power Agency (SEPA) to produce
avoided cost data requested pursuant to
section 292.302(c)(2), or in the
alternative, exercise its authority and
initiate enforcement action against
SEPA pursuant to section 210(h)(2)(a)
for failure to implement regulations for
making avoided cost data available.
