Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 824e and
825e and Rule 206 of the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission’s (Commission)
Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR
385.206, Bonneville Power
Administration (Complainant), filed a
formal complaint against PacifiCorp
(Respondent), alleging that the
Respondent is engaging in unjust,
unreasonable, and unduly
discriminatory and/or preferential
behavior in violation of Respondent’s
Open Access Transmission Tariff
(OATT) with regard to Complainant’s
right to roll over the transmission
component of grandfathered agreements
providing for bundled power and
transmission in Southeast Idaho to
equivalent transmission service under
the Respondent’s OATT.
Complainant certifies that copies of
the complaint were served on the
contacts for the Respondent as listed on
the Commission’s list of Corporate
Officials.
