PHMSA has received several comments from operators and industry groups that have expressed concern about the cost and time that will be needed to submit the additional data elements that are in the Information Collection and how PHMSA plans to keep the new data elements secure. As a result, PHMSA is holding a public meeting to provide an overview of the data elements and discuss stakeholder concerns. E:\FR\FM\03NON1.SGM 03NON1
