    Description of Relief Sought: Tatonduk Outfitters Limited dba 
Everts Air Cargo seeks relief so that its non-scheduled Curtiss Wright 
C-46 cargo fleet can continue to operate in icing conditions consistent 
with the approved flight manual. Everts Air Cargo's C-46 does not have 
the capability to comply with either Sec. Sec.  121.321(a)(1) or 
(a)(2), and compliance with Sec.  121.321(a)(3)(ii) would result in a 
violation of the aircraft's flight manual.
