Tatonduk Outfitters Limited dba Everts
Air Cargo seeks relief so that its nonscheduled Curtiss Wright C–46 cargo
fleet can continue to operate in icing
conditions consistent with the approved
flight manual. Everts Air Cargo’s C–46
does not have the capability to comply
with either §§ 121.321(a)(1) or (a)(2),
and compliance with § 121.321(a)(3)(ii)
would result in a violation of the
aircraft’s flight manual.
