Abstract: The form is required to be

government entities wishing to register

weapon. The form is required whenever
application for such a registration is
made.

respond: An estimated 2,133
respondents will take 30 minutes to
complete and mail the form.

conform to DOJ’s qualification
requirements for non-U.S. citizen
contract personnel.
