ACTION: Submission for Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) review
and comment.
AGENCY:
The Department of Energy
(DOE) has submitted an information
collection request to the OMB for
extension under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The
information collection requests a threeyear extension of its Procurement
Collection, OMB Control Number 1910–
4100. This information collection
request covers information necessary to
administer and manage DOE’s
procurement and acquisition programs.
DATES: Comments regarding this
collection must be received on or before
November 20, 2014. If you anticipate
that you will be submitting comments,
but find it difficult to do so within the
period of time allowed by this notice,
please advise the OMB Desk Officer of
your intention to make a submission as

ACTION: Notice of request for
information.
AGENCY:
The Department of Energy
(DOE) today gives notice of a request for
information regarding the possible
technical areas of research in the area of
photovoltaic module recycling. DOE
intends to understand the current state
of recycling technology and the areas of
research that could lead to impactful
recycling technologies to support the
developing photovoltaic industry. The
intent of this RFI is to generate
discussion related to planning for the
end of life of photovoltaic modules and
to create a list of high impact research
topics in photovoltaics recycling.
