In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44
U.S.C. Chapter 35), the U.S. Trade and
Development Agency has submitted a
request to the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) to review and approve an
extension for a currently approved
information collection for Evaluation of
USTDA Performance. USTDA published
its first Federal Register Notice on this
information request extension on July
21, 2014, at 79 FR 42392, at which time
a 60-day comment period was
announced. No comments were received
in response to this notice at the end of
the comment period.
Comments are again being solicited
on: (1) Whether the proposed collection
of information is necessary for the
proper performance of the functions of
the agency, including whether the
information will have practical utility;
(2) the accuracy of the agency’s estimate
of the burden of the proposed collection
of information including the validity of
the methodology and assumptions used;
(3) ways to enhance the quality, utility,
and clarity of the information to be
collected; and (4) ways to minimize the
burden of the collection of information
on those who are to respond, including
the use of appropriate automated,
electronic, mechanical, or other
technological collection techniques or
other forms of information technology.

Culturally Significant Objects Imported
for Exhibition Determinations:
‘‘Ennion: Master of Roman Glass’’
Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: Pursuant to
the authority vested in me by the Act of
October 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C.
2459), Executive Order 12047 of March
27, 1978, the Foreign Affairs Reform and
Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 Stat.
2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et
seq.), Delegation of Authority No. 234 of
October 1, 1999, and Delegation of
Authority No. 236–3 of August 28, 2000
(and, as appropriate, Delegation of
Authority No. 257 of April 15, 2003), I
hereby determine that the objects to be
included in the exhibition ‘‘Ennion:
Master of Roman Glass,’’ imported from
abroad for temporary exhibition within
the United States, are of cultural
significance. The objects are imported
pursuant to loan agreements with the
foreign owners or custodians. I also
determine that the exhibition or display
of the exhibit objects at the Metropolitan
Museum of Art, New York, New York,
from on or about December 9, 2014,
until on or about April 13, 2015, The
Corning Museum of Glass, Corning,
New York, from on or about May 15,
2015, until on or about October 19,
2015, and at possible additional
exhibitions or venues yet to be
determined, is in the national interest.
I have ordered that Public Notice of
these Determinations be published in
the Federal Register.
