This proceeding involves an
application by Entergy Nuclear Vermont
Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear
Operations, Inc. for a license
amendment for the Vermont Yankee
Nuclear Power Station, which is located
in Vernon, Vermont. In response to a
notice filed in the Federal Register, see
