an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) is being established to 
preside over the following proceeding: Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, 
LLC, and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (Vermont Yankee Nuclear 
Power Station).
    This proceeding involves an application by Entergy Nuclear Vermont 
Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. for a license
