The notices established October 14, 2014, as the deadline date for eligible applicants to apply for funding under the programs. However, the Departments have been informed that the Grants.gov Web site will be unavailable to applicants on October 11–12, 2014, due to a scheduled maintenance outage. To allow applicants additional time to complete their applications as a result of this outage, we are extending the deadline date for transmittal of applications to October 15, 2014. Order granting blanket authority to import/export LNG from/ to FTANs by truck, rail, barge, or other waterborne vessel. two-year period commencing on December 8, 2014.1 The LNG would be exported from the Sabine Pass LNG Terminal owned by Sabine Pass LNG, L.P., in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, to any country with the capacity to import LNG via ocean-going carrier and with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy. Chevron states that it has contracted for 1.0 Bcf/day of terminal capacity from Sabine Pass LNG, L.P., for an initial term of 20 years that will expire June 30, 2029, with the option to extend the term.
