Review stock assessments of hogfish, mutton snapper and king mackerel and develop fishing level recommendations. 4. Review Snapper-Grouper Regulatory Amendment 16. 5. Review bag limit analytical methods and application to gag grouper. 6. Receive updates and progress reports on other ongoing projects and fishery management plan amendments. They will also review a measure proposed in Groundfish Amendment 18, to allow vessels to use a 5.5 inch codend within the redfish exemption area on trips with an observer or approved electronic monitoring technology onboard. scheduling a public meeting of its Joint VMS/Enforcement Committee and 
Advisory Panel Meeting to consider actions affecting New England 
fisheries in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ). Recommendations from 
this group will be brought to the full Council for formal consideration 
and action, if appropriate.
