These revisions concern definitions that are necessary for the creation, modification and understanding of rules that address air pollution. Among other changes, the revised definitions help clarify federal New Source Review (NSR) requirements, update the districts’ exempt volatile organic compounds list to correspond with EPA’s, and improve formatting consistency.
