that certain laminated glass panes, other
than windscreens, do not fully comply
with paragraph S6 of Federal Motor
Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No.
FMVSS 205, Glazing Materials. Custom
Glass has filed an appropriate report
dated September 17, 2013, pursuant to
49 CFR part 573, Defect and
Noncompliance Responsibility and
Reports.
